Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Wrights Vineyard and Winery.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will include tracking details. Our two main shipping days are Tuesday morning and Thursday morning. We mainly use Toll Global Freight.

Delivery Within New Zealand We ship nationwide. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days, with rural addresses potentially taking a little longer. Sometimes it is over night in the North Island.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Age Verification As required by the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, a signature from someone aged 18 or over is required upon delivery. If no eligible person is available, the order will be returned and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@wrightswines.co.nz and we'll sort it out promptly.
