Natural Wine Co Pinot Noir Gisborne 2022

We are excited to announce the release of our Natural Wine Co Pinot Noir, crafted in an early release, fruit-driven style.

This Pinot Noir offers a sweet, aromatic nose with notes of red cherry, cinnamon, clove, and lavender. The palate is ripe and elegantly expressed, featuring medium tannins and a lingering, juicy finish.

Oak influence and natural winemaking techniques have softened the wine, while early bottling has preserved its vibrant flavors and medium tannins.

Our Natural Wine Co Pinot Noir is fermented in stainless steel tank, cool fermented and minimal time on yeast lees, to ensure a clean fresh style.

This wine is made from certified organic grapes and bio-dynamically grown grapes from our Coastal Vineyard in Manutuke.

This wine is low allergen – low sulphur, minimal additives and produced without any animal by products.

In making this wine, we sponsor the local Women’s Native Tree Project in Gisborne. The Natural Wine Co partners with The Women’s Native Tree Project Trust, providing financial support and donations through sales of our wines, with the Trust’s logo featured on our wines. We sponsor their initiatives to grow and donate native trees to community spaces, and our ongoing contributions help restore our Salt Marsh Lagoon Native Tree area, where we planted 400 trees in June 2020 and 2024.
