This Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tanks, cool fermented, and spends minimal time on yeast lees to ensure a clean, fresh style.
Our wines are made from certified organic and biodynamically grown grapes. They are low allergen, with low sulphur, minimal additives, and produced without any animal byproducts.
The label features a painting by the talented Noah Wright, depicting Young Nick’s Head, a regional landmark where Captain Cook first landed in New Zealand.
