Our Estate Syrah 2025 is low alcohol (just 10%), certified organic, and low in sulfites, aged for 9 months in old barrels to gently shape their flavour without overpowering the fruit.
Elegant and expressive, this Syrah opens with aromas of blackberry, boysenberry, plum, violet, and black pepper. Soft tannins and subtle French oak frame the palate beautifully, creating a perfumed wine with supple texture and ripe, lingering fruit.
Sourced from 40-year-old vines on our Manutuke Coastal Vineyard, this Syrah reflects the coastal climate and mature vine character in every sip.
