We have sold out of our 2018 Gisborne Sauvignon Blanc. To keep our customer happy – we have sourced a Sauvignon Blanc from Nelson from the 2018 vintage. The wine is also certified organic, low allergen and vegan friendly.
The style is similar to our Gisborne Sauvignon Blanc, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tank, cool fermented and minimal time on yeast lees, to ensure a clean fresh style. The wine has slight blackcurrant, passionate fruit flavours with hints of feijoa and lime. Lovely balanced crisp acidity with a nice refreshing finish.
In making this wine we sponsor the local Women’s Native Tree Project in Gisborne. The wines are made from certified organic grapes and bio-dynamically grown grapes. The wine is low allergen – low sulphur, minimal additives and produced without any animal by products.
