Our Natural Wine Co Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tank, cool fermented and minimal time on yeast lees, to ensure a clean fresh style. The wine has slight blackcurrant, passionate fruit flavours with hints of feijoa and lime. Lovely balanced crisp acidity with a nice refreshing dry finish.
In making this wine we sponsor the local Women’s Native Tree Project in Gisborne. The wines are made from certified organic grapes and bio-dynamically grown grapes. The wine is low allergen – low sulphur, minimal additives and produced without any animal by products.
