Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of nectarine, spiced pear entwined with blossom, cumin and autumn leaves. The acidity is crisp, carrying spice and a subtle phenolic texture to a juicy yet dry finish. Match with smoked fish and pulled pork tacos over the next 2 years.”
