This exciting new range of wines produced under our Wrights range, goes to the next level of extreme winemaking.

The winemaker hand harvests a small selection of grapes, with only 300 kilos of grapes harvested.

These grapes are then basket pressed softly with the juice going straight to barrel. The wine is then watched closely, undergoes malolactic fermentation and then racked once to be taken off gross lees and as much minimal movements as possible.

The wine does not go through any filtering or fining and is bottled manually under cork and then sealed with a wax finish over the cork.

All the bottles have a unique number with only 280 bottles been produced from this vintage. These wines are only made in great vintages where the fruit is exceptionally ripe.
